Dear Mr. Kin,

I understand that not too long ago, an Asian woman (Lisa Sheen) sued Mainstay for discrimination and won. Was hers the only discrimination case against the board there and further, what other cases had there been, or are still being litigated? Additionally, I was actively considering one of the several units that I see available at that complex, that is, until I read about that case. My question at this juncture is, what is the demographic mix in that complex; ie. how many whites, asians, blacks, and latinos and what are their average lengths of stay. My point is, if asians, blacks, and latinos typically live there under five years and then move on, it tells me all I need to know.
